The advantages of cleaning with very high temperatures is that it emulsifies greases much better and it temporarily expands the pores in the fiber releasing dirt, greases and stains much more effectively. I run up to 10 times the typical flow rate of other truck mounted cleaners. I also run over a 100° hotter than average. Nothing is added to my steam except for a lot of extra heat. The water used is softened then KDF and Carbon Filtered so your carpet ends up Soft and Fresh, Not coated in chemicals and smelling funky. My process is Fast, Efficient, Quick Drying, Residue Free and Low Cost.
How do I compare to “Green” carpet cleaners? They are committed to using less water, less energy and lower ph chemicals which they have to use a lot more of. I run up to 10 times the water flow of a modern "State of the Art" truck mounted cleaning machine. I also run over 100° hotter with only a little mist of pre-spray which thoroughly gets rinsed out. While my machine burns fuel at a much higher rate (it’s a very efficient one of a kind oil fired / heat exchanger hybrid that uses the hot sucked up steam to preheat the incoming water, so it’s very powerful and efficient) my overall fuel usage is 30% less than my average competitor! I burn fuel at a much higher rate but extremely efficiently for a much shorter run time and I don’t drive around in a heavy duty truck hauling water, flood equipment... My truck has averaged 18.6 mpg. I know a cleaner who does floods who also has a big water tank for doing apartments who’s new heavy duty van only gets 8.5 mpg. I’m generous with the fuel I burn while cleaning because that’s what I’m there to do but I save fuel in the truck. I not only save a lot of fuel and chemicals, I save your carpet without leaving it coated in chemicals for a much lower cost.
Who is protecting you from the Protectants?
I am, I don't offer that.
Through skin contact, protectants enter your bloodstream and have a half life of 5 weeks! Protectant and Health Protectant side effects https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfluorooctanoic_acid Do you really want to be repeatedly exposed to those chemicals? Protectants are far worse than a rip off they are unhealthy. Spend your money on the cleanings and actually have it clean!
It's ironic how many "Green" carpet cleaners sell protectant, the only thing green about PFO's and PFOA's is the money made selling them.
The Modern “State of the Art” Machines most of my competitors use are designed for low operating costs, NOT performance. My custom machine has up to TEN times the water flow that’s on average over 100° hotter. These “State of the Art” machines not only require huge amounts of chemicals before and during cleaning they leave a lot of chemicals behind whereas my machine only needs a little mist of mostly natural pre spray. The super high heat activates the tiny amount of prespray making it act like I used about 6 times as much. (every 17° doubles cleaning performance) This combined with my incredibly high flow rate ensures that all of the prespray is thoroughly rinsed out. Despite the huge flow rate your carpet doesn’t get as wet because of high tech jetting, a much shorter cleaning time and No presoaking. My process uses no scrubbing. Scrubbing is an act of desperation and is more likely to set a stain than get it out. The only agitation I use is intelligent jetting using more nozzles much closer to the carpet (where the energy is at) at an angle that puts it directly under the vacuum. It removes stains. it doesn’t set them.
Because lead is completely unregulated in the cleaning industry every machine I’ve ever seen uses leaded brass throughout (pumps, manifolds, regulators, filters, valves connectors...) my custom machine is all Stainless Steel and all of the water that I Clean/Rinse with is Softened, KDF and Carbon Filtered, to remove the minerals, heavy metals, voc’s, stinky sulfur and chlorine so it naturally feels and smells Fresh and stays clean drastically longer.
No matter how clean you get a carpet with a water only cleaning, if you’re using unfiltered tap water it’s going to stink with a funky smell after it’s dry (that’s why all cleaning chemicals are loaded with toxic synthetic fragrances so it’s residue masks those funky smells. There’s a lot of stinky substances in tap water and when it dries that’s what is left behind. That’s why I Soften, KDF and Carbon filter the water I clean with. My results are a lot more than what you can see.
Reviews are important but a lot of mediocre work gets 5 star reviews. Peoples expectations of carpet cleaners are really low. If someone's on time, considerate, professional, keeps to a quoted price and appears to try they will get good reviews regardless of the results. I’m grateful for my reviews but the results are what set me apart the most, that’s why I show so much of my work.
