Things to Consider While Scheduling

I do all of my own scheduling. I do it while working and trying to have a personal life so please be brief. It takes a drastically longer to listen or read and respond to questions about stains than it does to remove them, so it’s a waste of time describing them especially by text! Knowing the details about a stain is of no use to removing it. An odor that’s not obvious is useful to know, when I am there.

What I need to know when scheduling is roughly where you are, what it is you want cleaned. Some kind of idea how big or small the job is (# of rooms) if there is a time frame that you are trying to work within. If you have a lot of questions Please Call.

A lot of people ask about dry times when scheduling. Dry times vary based mostly on how dirty it is. Carpet that is very well vacuumed dries in half the time of carpet that isn’t, because the prespray doesn’t work very well when it’s absorbed by dust and hair and typically needs to be re applied, doubling the clean time, doubling the amount of absorption and doubling the amount of humidity added to the air. Typical dry times are 3-6 hours, it’s very important to choose a time where you can keep everyone off of it while it’s drying. Many people are focused on tracking it up while wet, the more important issue is pressure, pressing clean damp carpet into the dirt that is usually between the carpet and pad (in the traffic or problem areas) can cause a transfer while wet. You don’t have to be home if you don’t have pets that aren't kenneled. You could hide a key and leave a check on the counter or you could pay credit card by phone. It’s only me and there is nothing in your house (or anyone's house) that is is as valuable to me as my reputation, I’m reviewable and background checked by the BBB. It doesn’t get more convenient than coming home to clean dry carpet.

I prefer scheduling by Text rather than PM. Facebook PM’s frequently lock up on my phone. 480-203-1030

It’s important to note that when scheduling by text you aren’t actually on the schedule until I have all of the info. I will not hold a time slot without all of the info needed to do the job. If you live in a gated community, provide the gate code while scheduling! I respond to messages between jobs, the average job takes about an hour.
