First Room: $85 Each additional room: $25 Hallways and stairs count the same as rooms One Room $85 – Two Rooms $110 – Three Rooms $135 – Four Rooms $160 – Five Rooms $185 – Six Rooms $210, etc *I do valley wide service but other valley towns are $10-60 extra. *I don't do apartments or apartment style condos, but I do modern style condos (with attached garages), townhouses and mobile homes. *Prices are all inclusive, I don't charge extra for extra dirty carpet. Absolutely No Up Selling! *Prices based on everything on the “Getting Ready List” completed prior to my arrival. I show up ready to start the job. If there is significant delay there could be additional charges. *I clean whatever is open that I can get to, No Furniture moving once I’m there *All carpet being cleaned needs to be thoroughly vacuumed and be free of hair and debris prior to my arrival. (I use a wand with a perforated bottom, it will not remove hair and debris, it keeps the air filters inside the machine from clogging up and leaving your and everyone after you from getting their carpet soaked) The pre mist of orange peel solvent will not work as effectively if it’s absorbed by dust and hair and blocked by debris. *Area rugs are $10 each assuming I’m already there doing carpet. If the rug is on carpet that you also want cleaned, the rug needs to be laid out somewhere else. |
Upholstery
Sofas $50 - Full, $40 - without outer backs and sides
Loveseats $45 - Full, $35 - without outer backs and sides Ottomans $15 - Full, $10 - top only Recliners/Large Chairs $25 - Full, $20 - without outer backs and sides Sectionals (depending on size) $85-$100 - Full, $60-75 - without outer backs and sides *Synthetic fabric only *I will not take apart or move sectionals *It's the customers responsibility to remove trash and debris under cushions before they get cleaned. *Cleaning will not usually remove all hair, it clings when wet. If hair is a problem, please remove as much of it as possible before cleaning. Above pricing based on me already being there cleaning carpet. If all I am doing is upholstery there will be an additional $60 travel, setup and teardown fee for Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa. An additional $10-60 travel fee for other valley towns. *I don’t “Groom” upholstery. Depending on the length or nap of the upholstery there could be stroke marks where the fiber is laying on different sides. This can usually be fixed by either vacuuming or brushing the fiber after it has dried. Rubbing it with a hot wet white cotton cloth also works. |

Shopping for the lowest quote is foolish because most cleaners charge extra for everything. My prices are all inclusive, assuming you are ready. My results are much better, residue free and stay cleaner much longer and I have the pictures, videos, customer comments and reviews to prove it!
